As a step towards backward integration, NSC is another pillar of the group. Established in 1991, with the latest available technology from Europe, it is state of the art plant for yarn spinning, meeting international standards.

The production steps include blending, carding, pin drafting, spinning, winding, doubling, twisting, and heat setting of BCF polypropylene, polyester, Nylon, acrylic and PP spun yarns. This ‘All under one roof ’ facility is one of the few of its kind in the world.

NSC exports about 10% of its output to several carpet manufacturers around the world. Another proof of its quality standards.

The factory also has space dyeing machines for yarn dyeing for specific requirements.
